Fascinating photo, very well composed and I just love the perspective and the angle of the shot. Great depth of field as well. Did you think of doing it in B&W? Just a thought.

A Great image of the engineering and ingenuity of the Brooklyn Bridge. Excellent shot with depth shown in this image. Vanishing lines and intricate detail. Nice lighting and exposure. Nicely framed and presented.

Excellent choice of subject.
Sturdy architectural structure in Vanishing viewpoint.
An interesting initial impact.
An artistic rendition in Diminishing perspective.
Monochromatic colors.
Overcast illumination.
Blue skies are elusive in your part of the world...;-)
Excellent details & features. Impressive strokes & textures. Thanks for sharing...

I am a Native New Yorker, lived there 31 years before I moved to the Space Coast of Florida. I drove over that bridge at one time almost every day to work. I took it for granted and never captured one photo.
I get so nostalgic when I see photos of the Brooklyn Bridge, especially beautifully interesting ones like yours.
It looks like they gave the bridge a facelift, its looking good these days!
I really like your photo and the interesting angle you chose of the cables making it a great composition and city scape photo.
The cables on that bridge were changed a number of times, I like the way they look now and you made it look better with your photoshop, it looks so geometrical.
I would've given you 6 stars if you included the walkway of the bridge!
It is a very nice photo!
Great job!

It's often the case that we do not really register some of the things that are local to us! I am very pleased and grateful for your very kind and supportive review!! I probably do have shots that include the walkway and will no doubt be posting them in the future.

Cool,Nikman!
They're always hard at work trying to shore up this famous old landmark of a structure and you've captured a fascinating image of such an enterprise in this enjoyable shot!
It's nicely 'Out of the Ordinary' and lots of fun to see!
'Good Show'! : )

A beautiful shot of this high key photography. Nice use of lines and diagonals from the bridge giving your photography dynamics. Also like how the diagonals encourage the eye and draw your into your shot. Very well photographed with sharp focus and excellent details and clarity in your image. Outstanding work and thanks for sharing!

Looks like something out of a science fiction film, but does look different, did you try a vertical shot and wonder what that effect would look like, good to try different angles...Brian
