I think this is an original and different portrait, and I especially like the selective coloring. The girl is also posing for you in such a nice and natural way, and she has a great smile.

Your photo is of course also nice and sharp with clear and well defined details, and the exposure is perfect.

It is nothing wrong with the crop you have done, but personally I would have cropped more at the bottom, and also on the left. At the bottom because of the bright spots in the background which can be distracting, and on the left to give the girl a less centered position.
I do however appreciate that this is a matter of taste, because this is a truly lovely and well taken portrait. I wish you luck with the contest.

Beautiful subject! Well posed between the trees , I love her happy smile! Well focused, the image is clear, exposure is well controlled, colors and tones are natural. I really like the selective color here , with the black and white showing good tonal variations, excellent color red and skin tones, nice choice of her wardrobe. Well presented!
