Nice still creation. The forms are good. The depth is great. The details is good. The shading is good. The blend of the colors is great. The creation is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. Creative and good job overall

Thank you Mark, I actually knew your name was Mark, just a slip I guess. Glad you pointed this out! My apologies!

Not offended..most folks always assume the M stands for a Mike... good thing I show my gender..they would have called me Mary..lol

This makes me want to dig through my tea collection and pull out some red tea or some chai tea. Very interesting, I love the flowers and the detail on the plate, especially. I do not know much about digital art but this is very appealing. It draws you in.

Thank you very much for your kind review! That is cute about pulling out your tees! The red tea is logwood/brazilwood. https://www2.palomar.edu/users/warmstrong/ecoph4.htm. I have seen it spelt both with a z and an s, I think s is older spelling... Thanks again! Daphne Oberon

Wow! This is wonderful! A beautiful tea service on large boulders in the jungle,I like that tropical plant with the purple toned petals that hangs like a chandelier over this setting, the aqua blue with yellow, red and green on the tea pot and large plate, the yellow and white on the pitcher, is so beautifully created! The pink and lavender , mint green and the yellow flowering branches are all coming no together in this beautifully framed work of art! This is a beautiful digital artwork Daphne! I love it!

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! You are probably surrounded by your beautiful photos, but if you would like a copy let me know. The original is 40x40 inches -- would send with a large file service. Thanks again! Daphne Oberon

Beautiful piece of work and the tea service is exquisite as well. I have been looking for quetzals for years to photograph but with no luck. I can't afford to go to Central America but they do get to southern Arizona. But I have had no luck after many long hikes.

Thank you so much for your kind review! I did not realize that one species of quetzal does exist north of the tropics. The resplendent long tailed variety exists in high, misty, tropical areas, and is the one that is threatened in Guatemala... Daphne Oberon

It is the eared quetzal that occasionally shows up in southern Arizona as well as the elegant trogon.

Daphne, you have created another great art. All of your art I can recognize now without looking for an artist name. They are very accurate, have perfect shape, have carefully selected colors. You even included the previously posted plate with a long tail bird on it! Wonderful! I'm glad you got a new laptop. Good luck in the contest! ! ! Happy Thanksgiving! !!

Thank you so much for your thoughtful and considerate review Lucas! Did you notice the mouse on the banana flower? I hesitated to put it there, but then just couldn't resist! (If you would like a copy of any of my art, let me know, I will email you a free PDF. The original of this one is 40x40 inches.) Happy Thanksgiving to you too! Daphne Oberon

I just emailed you. Let me know if you get it okay. I was going to send a PDF of Tea in the Mist but couldn't find a way to downsize it on this new system, so I attached a smaller JPEG. Let me know if it is good. If not I will figure out how to send a larger file. Yes, if you still have a post that is in your portfolio dated April 27, 2018, I DON'T THINK SO of two peacocks, I would be delighted to have a copy of that fabulous shot! I love peacocks, and that is such an unusual shot of a female and male together! (I also plan to do a graphic copy of your bee on the orange zinnia... it is on my list of projects!)

    Be well and take care!
