I had to smile when I saw this photo. Baby James looks perfectly balanced, and reminds me of a little ballerina. I especially like the limited color pallet in this photo. The little dancer is also standing out from the background in an excellent way.

Your photo is sharp showing such clear and well defined details in every part of the bird, and the exposure is very good.

I like the way you have cropped the photo and the centered position of the bird within the frame. I think this is a truly lovely and well taken photo Eileen, and with an excellent DOF.

Your vertical framing works well .....and I love the close up of adorable Sweet Baby James. So adorable with his arms outstretched and those touches of pink on his beak and feet.....stand out so beautiful against the greys.
