A beautiful composition and a great exposure. It seems to me that making tonal and contrast adjustments is just part of processing a RAW image and I never mention it. I am glad to see that someone else uses curves.

Your kind review is much appreciated! Yes, I do agree with what you say about raw processing! Perhaps I should stop including it?

This is so beautiful! The sky is in the gray and pale gold tones with a hint of lavender! The mittens formations show good detail in their structure and texture, just incredible to study! This is well photographed with good focus, the image is clear to view, exposure is well managed, colors and tones are natural. Well composed from a good angle of shot, well presented!

First, this both intrigued my photographer side and my geologist side. I like how you capture the surrounding background where everything comes together, but also gives a feeling if distance. In a way, it's almost as if the buttes are saluting each other. Very nice!
