Great image and informative artist notes,who would have thought that a husky would need to be cooled down in those temps! Great story telling image with greta focus and good depth of field,good natural colorations.Inclusion of the mountains add depth and interest to this image.Best wishes in the contest with this entry!

A well captured image with an interesting story.
A beautiful scenic view.
I used to own a husky as a child. They are dedicated and very loyal.
A nice contest entry!

I can tell the dogs are hot by the way they are panting. The background is stunning. It bothers me that the man is throwing the water in the dog's face. Is that usual? I would love to travel the world and this looks like a perfect place to be. Great composition and it does tell a story.

    thanks a lot mary;
    I think that dogs are like humans: when it is very hot, I put some cold water on the face and neck

A great entry for the contest with excellent story telling and beautiful clarity in this image. The background landscape is beautiful in itself and the motion and the dogs give this image life and so much interest. Great capture and best wishes in the contest.

This is absolutely amazing, wish I had a six left. I love the story this picture tells. you did such a great job with the focus, explaining the story behind the photo, and the framing of the mountains in the background.
great job, thanks for sharing.

This is a fascinating photo of this dog team. I did not realize that they needed to be cooled down often. But that makes sense. Beautiful landscape with the snowcapped mountains in the background. Good action of the man tossing water on the two dogs. It certainly fits the theme of the contest and I wish you all the best in the voting ~ Steve

A very fine shot that shows the setting in fine detail and the man cooling down his team of dogs. The composition is excellent and the colors are great. Best of luck in the contest.

An out-of-the-box story telling picture. Interesting and informative. You have framed it well. The light and shadows, colours and the composition have worked out well. Good luck!

Just think I would have got a tad nearer in this,but other than that I like the story that goes with this,maybe can see why you included the backdrop as part of the story...Brian

A nice entry into the competition posted here! Your fine and classical composition allows us an enjoyable look at your lovely northern location. Hard to believe that the dogs need so much cooling! Exposure and sharpness are good. Well done and good luck!
