Hang some colored lights on the trees and you have a perfect Christmas wonderland! Looks almost Christmas-card ready as it is, but too cold for me. Here in Florida we are 'suffering' through 40 degree nights (haha!).

Another beautiful photo. The orange sky really completes it. I love the framing of the little pine tree in the front. You could start a Christmas card business!

Very pretty, greeting card perfect. I love winter and when the trees are blanketed with snow. I use to could see a hill from my house and the trees would be covered in snow or ice and they are building a house right in my way. As always you did a wonderful job at capturing you scene. Makes me want to pass you a cup of hot chocolate.

This is so beautiful, love the late afternoon sky with it's lovely orange hue, lends a touch of magic to this winter wonderland. The trees have been kissed with just the right amount of snow to give them an elegant beauty that only nature can bestow, and you have been fortunate enough to capture with perfection! :) LeeAnn

oh a christmas card..no. How positively enchanting. Catching that orange sky in the background was a real stroke of luck, or is it there every afternoon. One can almost hear the snow crunching underfoot. We have rain and grey skies.

Ghostly captures of these snow covered pines looking like sleek souls secretly searching for serenity....

Subtly lit.
Nicely framed.
Sharply focused.

Literally a cool capture.

Good perspective & long depth of field...

Thanks for sharing...

I love the sky color in this. It is such a lovely contrast against the snowy tree tops. The one tree just off center would make a wonderful Christmas tree, as it is flocked with snow. Angle for the shot is great.

Just beautiful, Pat. This is so lovely. I agree the trees in winter after a fresh snow or heavy frost show a beauty that can not be explained in mere words. Your gorgeous lighting is perfect. Love it, well done.
