I love your notes! I started wearing glasses at 17 my senior year.
But I always put glasses on my collection of stuffed teddy bears.
I have a Gund collection.
I am once again amazed at the details you create. His fur is Ahhhmazing! Adorable bear with santa hat and eye glasses!
Well done!!

What an endearing story :) I can relate being as how I too have always worn glasses almost as far back as I can remember. Your bear is very cute and looks even cuter with the glasses. The hat is festive and I like the textures you created throughout the entire image.

Really like the bear and glasses. I wonder if you were to change the direction so that the photo would be straight on the bear, that it might enhance the image. from this angle the rim of the glasses block the one eye. I like the shallow depth of field. This allows the bear to "pop".

Thank you for your kind review.. This is not a photo, but a painting. I painted the bear atr this angle in purpose. I do not want the bear to "pop". I want to show the distortion by the opversized glasses and the light reflection across the face because this is part of the story which goes along .with the painting.

So very cute and expressive. This truly represents the festive toy joy. The colours, full face and the light and shadows makes this first class. Good luck in the contest!

This is so very well done. I really had to relook at it after reading your notes. You have Super Powers with the digital oil pallet in ArtRage. It so could pass as a photo. Your story pulled at my heart strings. Yes, not being the same as the other kids sure can make growing up very tough. I went totally permanently deaf overnight from a sinus infection 12 yrs ago. Went to bed hearing, woke up deaf. I was 48. I now have bilateral Cochleaer Implants and am Blessed with amazing hearing now. It was hard but kids have it so much harder. American Girl which is a line of dolls. Some normal and some of the dolls have handicaps. Wheel chairs, fake arms, amputated legs and so one. I was so thrilled to hear that a line of dolls will have the cochlear implant processors. It is external and visible on the head. Yeah! One for our team. This will be huge in helping little ones cope and also to educate others. Happy New Year, Blessings Always, Cindy Sue ~

Nice color harmony with its fantabulous overhead illumination.

Thanks!

This is very cute and creative! I really enjoyed reading the backstory of this, and learning more about why Teddy is so special to you. I found it very interesting the way you made Christmas outfits for your toys. That sounds fun!

Oh, I undestand. You are not accostumed to our rating systhem.
I just ask because you rated my painting three and a half star. That means that the qualitie of my work is below average and adjustments are needed to correct the mistakes. :o)

That's a Cool picture! : )
I've had poor eyesight all my life too so I know what you're talkin' about!
Your colorful image of your teddy bear with his oversized glasses is a lot of fun to see!
