fantastic photo. Perfect stance for photographic interest, you just clicked at the right time, head down, and horns on display. Beautiful rich brown coat and perfect hoofs. An animal in good condition by the shine on it. Well shot.

What a thrilling experience it must have been! I think you have done full justice to your visit to the ranch! A wonderful head-on shot. Great clarity and sharpness! Never seen such huge horns on any animal so far. Overall an impressive shot. Thanks for sharing!

Wow,Jack!
That's an impressively 'heavy horned' beast, isn't it?
And that's a fine looking 'head on' portrait photo of it that you've presented us with too,my friend!

Ah. This is a really cool shot Jack. I am not sure what this is as the horns look different than those of the Longhorns I have seen. This reminds me of an African (can't remember the name right now).

Any way, this is a great head on point of view. Well done Jack and thanks for the information about the ranch ~ Steve

Beautiful composition! The thick, long horns of the steer
coordinate, beautifully, with the thickness of the trees, behind him.The contrast of the green and faded shrub, around him, also, contrast with his lovely reddish brow.It is an off-center photo;and,so,it works, well.
Cordially,
Joanna Bachman

Wow,he definitely has some big horns! This is a great shot, the trees in the background are a nice contrast to the positioning of his horns, you can seee that he is keeping an eye on you.Colors all look fantastic, focus is great,I can see the curve of his ribs and the cleft in the hoof.Nicely presented in a square format!
