The white frame looking like glasses frames the photo of the painted eyes nicely. The circular colors are well framed by their dark circular base. I am not sore where the frame is which you added. The face is an intriguing and funny idea, but I personally find the background to busy and would like a neutral colored background better.

Thank you for reviewing observations and advice and your rating. It was really an accidental framing opportunity. Yes the eyes are framed by the white photoframes those are framed by the paint materials and artwork the final frame which is what you see as too busy is a software frame from Pixlr called web. Which puts those black squiggles around it.

Thank you so much wonderful confidence building comments. I tell you a secret.. I posted this and took our dog Jolly out for a walk straight after. I was unsure as it's outside my comfort zone and was convincing myself to change it on my return but you have boosted me up no end. Thank U
