A picture worthy of a SIX if I still had one of Marcy you daughter's Puppy standing bravely at the top of the stair case her shadow on the wall behind her eyeing to with an appeal to bring her down the "Mountain" safely. Beautiful composition framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

Too cute! I like her expression and I think her shadow on the wall behind her is really cute too! A great accomplish for on so tiny, just getting up those giant stairs :)

Love the shadow behind the pup, like it's saying you can doit I'll follow you down, ,but the expression on the pups face doing no I can't, if your so big and brave, you go first, very nice details and depth,

I think what I like about this picture is the shadow on the wall behind. Of course those big sad eyes are great too. This is a good picture of a little scared pup. Has she mastered the steps yet? Thani you for sharing.

I am pleased you like this with the shadow. Your comments much appreciated. Thank you. Yes Marcy has mastered those stairs and a lot of other climbing she is a small dog that moves like lightening and literally hurles herself from one piece of furniture to another. The stairs? well . Now a piece of cake.

An interesting shot with a great expression on her face and a fantastic shadow. I do not think the doorway on the left contributes to the composition and would try to crop it off. Best of luck in the contest.
