This would be great in the portrait contest as well. Very nice pet portrait. It looks like a studio platform / stage, and the red cloth as a portrait prop. The colors and his colors contrast nicely. Super definition / focus. Great job.

Perfect composition with excellent focus and clarity. Cold blue background make a nice contrast with warm body and red clothing. Red pops out even too much because I want to look at his face and eyes. That look worth a lot!! Bravo, Pat!!!

Oh what a cutie. Butter wouldnt melt in his mouth look. He is so looking directly at you and the shot is perfect. I love the blue ofvthe rug and that touch of red ribbon just the deal. Colours of fur and eyes beautiful. Good use of light. Excellent focus.
