Beautiful colors and clear view of the feathered subject, even the little bird feet gripping the thin twig. The angle at which this acrobatic bird is leaning over is unusual. Thanks for sharing! Daphne Oberon

Nice shot! I can see the yellow on the tail. I don't think I have seen this bird. We have the cedar wax wing here. They look very similar. They are pretty birds and you did a good job showing it here!

Such a beautiful bird and they always look so good around those pretty berries that they are so fond of eating. I like the light on the bird and in his eye. The darker blue area of the sky looks nice.

Pat,
A beautiful picture of the Bohemian Waxwing busy picking the Rowan Berries until they are all gone. The blue sky making the perfect contrasting backdrop. Beautiful composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus.

Well, you have to do what you have to do to, do in order to survive! Your fine full and central compositon offers us a good look at the essential survival action taking place before you. Exposure and sharpness are good. Nicely done!

A beautiful bird and a very nice shot. I like the catchlight in the eye which is often lost in the dark plumage on his face. A well timed action shot with beautiful colors.

Wow what a beautiful looking bird which you have captured beautifully. It must be an amazing sight to see many of them feeding on the berries. Lovely focus, colour, light and presentation.

These look very much like our cedar waxwings! they are such a beautiful bird! I see them in early spring eating the remaining crab apples off my trees! The focus is great! The colors are beautiful! Great job and a pleasure to view! Lori
