Very pretty colors. I'm assuming this is layered? I like the effect, but find it comburson to do in real life. The dark center keeps drawing by eye back. Thanks for sharing. There is a lot of detail to see.

Oh this is such a nice one Annie. It has all the wonderful elements that make it uniquely yours.
The pastel colors work very well together and I agree that the brown leaves stayed with the compositional theme of this one.

This is gorgeous. Your mixed media additions worked out beautifully. It's a stunning image and shows all the details of the hibiscus well. Background color compliments it nicely. Lighting is excellent. Enjoyed viewing it.

The brown leaves do work perfectly with the peach colors. I like how the veins and patterns in the leaves stand out so much and have a slightly translucent quality. The colors are bright and refreshing. I also like how you are able to make the background appear to be a soft and silky fabric.
