A beautiful view from a fine elevated perspective. I like the hills with the sparse scattering of buildings. The sky is spectacular and the colors are outstanding.

And a grand looking place it is too! Your fine and traditional composition offers us an enjoyable view of your colourful sunset and beautiful location. Exposure and sharpness are good. Well taken!

This looks odd for a sunset. The colors of the sky just look different. I guess it is the clouds that look different. The mountains remind me of a child's drawing.
I know it sounds like I'm picking on you, not really.
I have never been to Greese and probably never will. I think most all I see are the white buildings. It is interesting seeing the landscape.

This is amazing. The color of the sky is so vivid and a beautiful contrast to the mountain. I especially like that you got a bit of city down in there but only enough to know it is there. I can see in the foreground the sun shining on the mountain there. Very Nice

I last saw that you used a topaz lens. That probably accounts for much of that sky? The black, almost charred appearance of the mountains almost look like volcanoes and the sky looks like lava. Or a storm sky warning of a huge event on it's way. Amazing detailed peaks and valleys, almost craters in the mountains. This is a real conversation starter.

It id nothing called a Topaz lens. Topaz lens effects is an editing program you find in Photoshop, but thanks for the review.

What a beautiful sunset. The mountains look kind of barren, but the sky seems to shine it's light on the terrain to give it beauty. Good point of view and framing. The focus is clear and crisp. I would love to visit Greece some day. I doubt it will happen so I live it through your photos.

This is quite the dramatic looking image. The sky color and cloud texture does truly create the impression that the sky is on fire! Your vantage point is lovely and shows off the curves of the mountains so nicely.

Wow, what a first impression. I was immediately thinking California fires from this fall.

But then realizing it was an amazing sunset made the image come to life. I love the clouds that give a chaotic feel tempered by the warm sunset colors.

I think this is just an amazing image, one I was very happy to review.

Thanks for posting!

what is HDR treatment? i wonder if it would have such a powerful impact on my own photos. because this is powerful. it's gorgeous! this looks like Hades got mad almost. it's brilliant. i've never seen the sky in such vibrant hues

HDR is usually when you take 3 or more photo using a tripod, and set different exposures for each shot. Then you merge them in a program called Photomatix pro. I should have said tone mapping instead, because this is a "false" HDR (High Dynamic Range) where I only used 1 photo. Thanks a lot for the review.
