It's pleasure to view the "Long Tail Tit Raiding Party". Soft focus makes it look like an art
You got excellent color of the frame! Those two little lovely birds are nicely captured. Another lucky shot through the patio door! Fantastic, Susan!!!

You did indeed capture a nice shot of these two. I know what you mean about fast moving. I have taken 20 or more shots of the mass number of hummingbirds that come in to eat at my folks' house. The wings never stop. And I tend to take pics from inside the big window as well. Otherwise I get dive bombed by them. Your shot is really nicely capture of two of these birds sitting still at the same time, almost posing. I like what you've done with the background and surrounding view. It actually draws my attention on the birds. Good job.

I know how quick these birds are, but even if the focus isn't pun sharp, I still Like this photo a lot. It almost looks like photo, and these two sweet bird could not have posed for you in a more lovely way. I especially like that the inner circle of the frame is faded, because this enhance the painterly look.
The exposure us very good, and I also like the limited color pallet.
The format and framing is just perfect, and the birds are so well placed in the picture. I think this is a truly lovely and well taken photo Susan.

Arnt they just the hardest to photograph, they are so quick. I get one in the garden occasionally, last time I tried capturing it from upstairs looking down as it perched in a tree - no luck. This is a lovely shot of two of them, yes the focus is soft but you have still managed to capture the detail and they look lovely.

Sandie,
Thanks a million for your complementary review on this pair of Long Tail Tits. Half of the Long Tail Tit raiding party that fly's into the garden grabs what they want then fly off again in just minutes.

A beautiful composition that does indeed look a lot like a water color. The composition is perfect for this elliptical presentation and the birds are well posed in relation to each other.

Nice capture of the bird, but the huge frame hide part of then and took form the initial impact
I think the black frame would be enough
