Very nice piece. Solid shading especially around the eyes and a good rhythm throughout.
I do like the intensity of the gaze.
Line delineation of the Ostrich and fur on the baboon nicely achieved.

This is impressive to view, the circle of life is well shown here in the different animals each is very well detailed , I like your placement of the monkey in the center. This is very well arranged with excellent shape and structure of each animal. Well presented!

I thought stippling and pointillism was the same, but since you have done pointillism before it must be. You have however done an excellent job, and each animal or plant is done paying very good attention to details.
The Monkey has a fine centered position on the paper, but personally I would probably have placed both the Lion and the Emu a bit further down. I think then the flow in the composition had been better.
Still this is a great looking and well done stipple drawing, and I wish you luck with the contest.

many people think they are eh same. However, there is a difference between pointillism and stipple; the first is done in color and the second is done using a single color, usually black and white, respectively.
