A very interesting flower!I love the coloration,so nice and bold against the darker vegetation in the background.It does indeed resemble the sun's orb surrounded by rays.Excellent focus,you probably could have left a bit more room on the left hand side for the petals.A very enjoyable photo with good artist notes,just wondering how big this flower gets!

It is indeed an impressive looking flower, and you have pictured this one so well. Good idea to add a vignette to calm down the light at the top, and when the background also is nicely softened, the flower is standing out in an excellent way.
Your photo is nice and sharp showing really clear and well defined details in all parts of the flower, and also the exposure is very good.
I like the way you have cropped the photo, and also the placement of the flower within the frame. I think this is a lovely and well taken photo, and with a very good DOF.
