Beware of Trojan horses bearing gifts and promises. This looks like a trap to me. Well drawn and presented. Will the squirrel get his revenge? Good colors and details with just a little foreshadowing of the future. Good beginning.

Another one for the video Mark. Good progress and I know you are getting close to the Final Ending.

Good action in the making as if so fitting for this video.

Really looking forward to the finished product ~ Top

1 drawing.. working on it now after work.. should have it ready in couple days..then the video fun begins ...lol..if someone ever recorded me while I'm creating these, they would laugh their ass off. Let's say there is a lotta verbal abuse.. thank God I live by myself..the bitch would leave me for sure and I would be at the computer with the "I promise I was talking to the puter" speech..lol. thanks Top for the great review

What a great ideal to document the "turf wars" going on in our own backyards every day! Looks like the brown bird is saying "Hands off my bird food!" (or I guess I should say "Wings Off!") I like the expression on the face of the squirrell lurking in the tree. Like he can't believe his luck! Maybe he can sneak some food while the birds are duking it out! Ha Ha! Love it! Very entertaining and amusing. I like the bright colors and clean lines of this drawing. Great artist.

The thumbnail gave you away Mark!!

The battle of the birds and no Hitchcock in sight! You can imagine this happening in real life! Love the squirrel smiling over them!

Bird bashing for the squirrel's benefit. I wonder if the squirrel instigated this fight in order to steal the bird food.
Very good artwork as always.
Good initial impact and presentation.
Excellent artistic technique.

CRAZED LUNATIC ARTIST ALERT LEVEL 10 !!!
As usual a delightfully TWiStED perspective on the world from MK. I'd love to see you do something with Rocket J. Squirrel and Bullwinkle T. Moose. That would seem to be right up your alley. I'd love to see how you worked in that sexy Russian spy Natasha and her companion Boris Badenough !!! lol

Yeah but I would replace her with the most sexiest, hot and yet sweet cartoon gal that has excited us guys for decades..Betty Boop. (Hearing Heavy Breathing in background).."hey Betty! Wanna do it on the moose's back?" See better replacement..evil grin..lol. thanks for the great review

Meticulously created avian fight scene with so much detailed backdrop hedge fence!

Nice color contrast.
Great story telling factor.

Crisp and clear outlines.

Great color leveling from light green to a darker verdant hue to a soothing sky blue...

Thanks!

your usual meticulous and time consuming style, absolutely perfect finish, which you have advanced.Oddly a topic I mentioned only yesterday to one of my FAR friends, birds look so delicate yet eat each other, can you believe it. At first glance that looks like a spotted cat in the cage? not sure

Great balance of color. Very well done. I have European Starlings in the Spring and Cowbirds in the summer who battle for the seeds. Great message, and the squirrel, that look, its like it is thinking "hit the feeder, make the food slide to the side." Great job.
