I really like scenes that actually show the roads, here this gravel toad is leading me into this scene, I see the water on the left,a golden field and hills that are covered with trees, nice bare branched trees right at the edge of the road, nice diminishing perspective as the road disappears , beautiful sky with nice cloud detail. This is well focused! The image is clear! Exposure is well managed, the colors and tones are natural. Well composed and presented! Best wishes to you in the contest!
