It has indeed been framed Brian, and I especially like how the ripples in the water are reflected underneath the bridge. This is also a photo looking great in black and white. You have brought out a lovely shine in the water, and the bicycle on the top of the bridge adds interest.
The photo is nice and sharp with clear and well defined details, and the exposure is perfect with good distinctions between light and dark.
Your POV was really good, and the tight cropping has worked so well. The arch of the bridge has got a very good placement within the frame. Indeed a great looking and well taken photo with an excellent DOF, and I wish you luck with the contest.

Nice Black and White rendering , this shows excellent tonal variations, I love the arch and the detail in its brick construction, I can see three modes of transportation in this image, the bicycle, the boat and the car in the background. This must have been an amazing ride on the boat. Your focus is spot on, the image is clear, exposure is well managed. This is well composed and very interesting to view! Well presented!
