OK Suzanne, you really have to stop using so much blue. With your other paintings, as spectacular as they may be, I can review and convince myself not give 6 stars. But when you make it blue I just HAVE to love it, and it's not fair to the other artists if you use up all my sixes! (just kidding, of course) This is gorgeous and I do love it. It looks like a frozen river basin on another planet. Well done!

Nice use of colours. Like the tones and main part of the compostion is good. Lovely vibrancy of colours as if they are dancing with each other Background works with all the layering which is very good as well and makes the whole piece pop. Thanks for sharing

This is beautiful Suzanne. You have really mastered the pour technique. Interesting that you used photo paper this time. Is that what gave the acrylic paint this luminescence or are you using luminescent acrylic paint? Which ever the effect is beautiful.

Many thanks, Christine, for your lovely review. I do use some iridescent acrylic paints - not all - and sometimes the iridescent ones don't show up on the photo. I think they do usually show better on the glossy photo paper. Suzanne

The color combinations in this are lovely and the shape is very much like a feather. The lighter colors really make the feather shape stand out and produced nice depth.

This turned out beautifully This is such a pretty combination of colors, the seafoam , White, deep blue and purple really work well together, this is a very large and very fluffy feather , it's the type of feather the very elegant ladies wore on their hats back along time ago. Very well created and a pleasure to view!

This is gorgeous Suzanne. I love the icy blue feather look. The blues and purples blend well together. It looks like it should be the movie "Frozen".. The swilling effects are perfect. It looks like sunlight coming in on the top. This is lovely and another wonderful creative piece from you.
