A beautiful picture of this started looking Grey Squirrel with snow sticking to it's silky fur as it falls around it one paw holding onto the side of the bird feeder while the other holds it's breast with a look of guilty surprise on it's face. Beautiful composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus.

I think hr is even looking guilty. LOL It is anyway a funny expression you have captured on his face, and I like so much the eye contact you two had when this photo was taken. With the nicely softened background, the squirrel is standing out in an excellent way.
Your photo is also sharp showing such clear and well defined details in every part of the animal, and also the fine textures of the fur. The exposure is perfect.
The format you have cropped the photo into works so well, and the squirrel has got a fine placement within the frame. A truly lovely and well taken photo Kristi, and with an excellent DOF.

I love squirrels. They are so cute and this one is adorable, His chunkiness is sweet. Hubby calls them tree rats and my cat calls them play things. I love the little snow flakes on his head. Your close up is awesome and you have terrific POV and focus. Great cropping and very well framed. A wonderful photo.
