The clarity and exposure are awesome in this image. I like all the great detail you captured of the birds markings and feathers. These are some of my favorite birds. The texture of the bark looks good too.

Thank you....one of my favorite little birds too! I actually have one at my feeder now that stays right there when I go out to fill the feeders!

Little sneaky bugger but then she's got to hid it from the other birds. Awesome angle cropped up close allowing us to see all of the details of the pretty feather against the textured bark.
Your lighting is terrific and so is your focus.

Cute little redbreasted nuthatch! Well photographed with good focus, the image is clear, exposure is well managed, colors and tones are natural, nice detail in feathers, face and beak, good eye contact! Good timing to capture with the open beak, they get into the craziest positions on the trees! They are fun to watch! Well composed and presented!
