This design is interesting with the way it has big bold colors at the top and then changes into running streams of horizontal colors through to the bottom. The colors are all very attractive too.

Lived through far too many From Hurricane Andrew to Irma. The storms are always interesting and have a beauty before they arrive over the ocean. The saying the calm before the storm is true.
Nice mix of colors with a storm like movement.
Nice abstract/good luck

Suzanne,
A beautiful abstract vision looking down on the boiling sea as it crashes onto the base of the cliff in among the rock pools. That it flows in & out of. Only thing missing are the call of the Gulls over head & the roar and hiss of the sea as it comes in & out twice a day. Created by your artist's eye for composition knowledge of colours, paints, other fluids knowing how they will react when mixed together & when to stop mixing
Susan

Great contest entry, the colors are fantastic, the top section does look like storm clouds moving in,all full of motion and energy. The bottom portion the calmer sea waters with their gentle wave action. The purples and blues look lovely together.Best wishes to you in the contest!

Nice use of color. Good design. I really like the hints of color peaking out from the main ones. I feel like I'm way up on a mountain looking down at water running down the slope.

A very nice image with great colors. There is certainly a good deal of turbulence in this abstract view of the sky. A well composed image that should do well in the contest. Good luck.

I think I know who is behind this painting. Not only because of what I see, but also the explanation about how this was done. A technique which seems to bring out the most beautiful results.

I really the lovely blue and purple colors, and also this great feel of motion. The high lights bring life into the painting, and also I can easily see a storm approaching.

The square format works well and it is a fine flow and balance in the composition. A truly lovely and well done painting, and I wish you luck with the contest.

I like the flowing colors and the colors used in this abstract. The upper portion seems to speak of clouds while the lower portion would be an expanse of water. Well done. Good luck in the contest.
