Like the DOF looking down into canal and across fields & up through the canal until it slowly vanishes .Focus- colours-boats-Light-frame all top work and presentation perfect cheers

Peaceful setting along this still watered canal with the green tree lined banks.
I may have cropped some of the sky space myself to bring more into view the background of the hills.

Diminishing one-point perspective.
Vanishing viewpoint lends great depth.
Controlled illumination with no blown out whites.
A bit against the light creating that slight hazy overtone...
Tranquil scene.
Verdant field adds a soothing touch.

This is a beautiful photo and gives a feeling of calmness. For me... the glare takes away from the water. Overall a beautiful photo. a Well done.

The gorgeous great landscape shot and scene.I like it very much.The buses like beautiful boats,green trees and water reflection are make a nice scene.Water ripples,field and shadows are very nice too.I like this excellent work.Focus color are excellent.Thanks.

Such a serene picture. The angle from which this was shot pulls your eye into the very back of the photo. The boats look natural in the scene, but man had to put the electric poles to let us know he was there. The focus is clear and sharp. It looks like a very nice place to visit.

This composition really emphasizes depth with the canal being the leading line into the distance. It's an interesting view and shows the extensive water and landscape nicely. I like the lush greenery too. It adds a nice pop of color the scene.

Nice leading line from the bottom right to the back center. Nice color in the water. I wonder if you considered possibly cropping the top of this photo to just above the hill top in the distance. This would eliminate the "hot" sky and bring more focus on to the canal and the vessels in the canal. On the other hand, if you use a polarizer that would bring out the details in the clouds and that would also enhance the image. Nice capture.

Your very detailed and thoughtful review is very welcome! I understand your suggestions and comments. I should make you aware that virtually 99% of my photos are taken during walks with my wife and she will not tolerate me fiddling around with my camera for too long!
