A very nice portrait of this baby bird,it appears to be waiting for one of it"s parents to bring back some take out! Wonderful catchlight in it"s eye,overall image is very sharp and well exposed,love the texture of the feathers and the wisps of fly away down. A great contest entry,wish you all the best!

Nice capture! I like this close look at the fledgling in a nice side profile pose, soft downy feathers show very good detail, this is well focused, the image is clear, exposure is well managed, the colors and tones appear natural.
