Funny, as soon as saw this, the first thing that came to mind was all those Peanuts movies and my very favorite cartoon character. Snoopy. He would fall asleep on his back and dream that he was flying his dog house and shooting down the red baron. He wore goggles and scarf, etc. But Snoopy didn't have a beek. Lol. It does remind me of a German squad of fighter pilots though. Birds of the third Reich? I love your pen/sharpee drawings. They are always so creative, whimsy, realistic with a whimsical flair. I really love to colors. I've used sharpies and oil color pencils with some art I've posted. I can usually find a niche that works for me. Great job. I feel your birds staring me down. Lol.

The titles, actually the orIginlal phrases ot your work. Its a story!!! While waching the video for the first time, all of them just suddenly poped up in my head! Interesting, because I didn't have a goal to memorize the titles of your illustrations before.
Reviewing this one, the birds are focused doing their job. They look like well organized military planes flying high. They are the same type, but Each bird has different face and different color. Great composition! Brilliant colors! Bravo Mark!!!

Seems they want to end the conflict with the complete destruction of the enemy, but I believe the squirrels think the same right now. So that will probably not be the end of the story...
I like the attention to interesting detail. There are many different species of cartoon birds and their colors and face expressions are pretty interesting

wonderful post. excellent in both style and action. the faces are so great and keen. such a bizarre sight but looks strangely realistic. that red in the central focus is delightful and really pops against the blue sky.

Hi Mike I have started my homework... Spotted this so had to have a look.. It's reminds me of my Flying Flamingos. Lol so now I am probably out of sequence with your story. The artwork is great, lively colours, great expressions and movement. Just have to love it.
