I must say you go pretty lucky with this doe haha
She is laying in a perfect spot with the grass nicely matching the coat of the doe.
Very awesome I never get a shot of a deer they always blur and run haha so at least you found a modeling doe haha

So cute and perfect look into your lens. Nice focus and fine white balance control showing great fur details and a sweet calm look in her eyes.
I would only suggest you trace the eyes and lighten more in editing.

You are so lucky to have these beautiful animals so close to you, and that they don't run away when they are seeing you. I especially like the eye contact you had with this one when the photo was taken, and also how well it is standing out from the snow.
The photo is pin sharp showing such clear and well defined details in every part of the animal, and you have also brought out the fine textures of the fur. The exposure is very good.
The format and framing is perfect and the doe has got a very good placement in the picture. Indeed a lovely and well taken photo, and with an excellent DOF.
