I really like this composition. It takes a simple approach such as jam jars and elevates them to a work of art. It has balance, and I was a little surprised because somehow I thought the red jar would be my focal point. But it wasn't. I really love your mixed media application on this piece. Excellent entry for the selectve color contest , three jam jars well placed in the frame, one in grey, one in black and a nice pop of color by the one in red.they are well focused, the image is clear, exposure/ lighting is well managed, the black and white shows good tonal variations. Post processing was effective to create the perfect background. Well presented! Best wishes to you in the contest!

Oh very pretty. These are the colors I decorated my kitchen in. In fact this would look great in s frame and hanging in my kitchen. I'll have to find out if you have thought of selling. I love the background replacement and vingetting for framing . Very clear focus even in the dim light. Yet you have focal light in the right place. Great job. Thanks for sharing this
