hahaha I love the yellow guy who has the courage to attack the iron guy -
excellent composition and use of space , I think you have given a perfect perspective of the scene as you put us right into it - Love the different bored colors but not them getting killed - mm... fantastic detail work, well done

Well, offhand I'd say those squirrels are pretty bad shots. Look at all those arrows in the sky and only one bird is here. So come on birds and save your feeder, defeat those squirrels. ;-)

I love your work. Looking at this image I can hear the wings flapping, the sound of the arrow fletchings whistling in air, the snaps of the bow strings. A lively image. Thanks for posting.

Ya this reminds me of my dad flying in B-17's in WWII. He was a bombardier/navigator in the nose of the plane. They always flew and held their formation no matter how much flack was exploding around them. When one plane got hit another would move into the empty slot. Hell of a way to fight a war.

Good work here Mark ~ Steve

If they survive 33 missions they can come home like the Memphis Belle. Tough job. Glad your dad survived..my dad, marine, infantry, survived the Solomon island and Iwo Jima. He got a bronze star on Iwo Jima. Yeah our dads are from a different breed that is slowly leaving us..thanks for the great review

Now, these birds have good wings and I love them for it, especialy the one taking a nose dive. At the same time, I hope he is not injured too badly because I must admit, I do like birds better than those fighting mice, hee hee. I do hope the evil cats wound some of those mice who are behaving so badly toward those innocent birds. They certainly like to fight behind that hedge, don't they?? I haven't seen enough of your art to know what those hairy looking golden creatures in the foreground of your art are--but they do add an interesting touch to this piece. Very interesting piece overall. Can see nothing to critique.

This is fast and furious work you are producing, all so excellently drawn. This one has a certain depth. I think its the guy's arms, i love the angle and the shadowing on them, makes 3D vision especially the way you have positioned the poor birds and the arrows. Great storytelling and imagination.

The battle rages on. Unfortunately some of the birds have become casualties, but the armor is protecting others. The story is well told in the picture. Good colors, good actin. Well seen.

Mark,
A beautiful picture showing the birds dodging the Arrows fired by the armoured Squirrels in the foreground an Oriel struck in the neck struggling to stay airborne. Created by your artist's eye for composition & vivid imagination. Very skilful draftsmanship beautiful choice blending & application of your colours in bringing this scene to life.
