Its tail looks like a bust of flames which soon will engulf its body. Its body glows and it has Griffin claws. It must be a Firebird. Do you know the legend?
Your picture would be a perfect modern illustration which appeals to children and adults. The vibrant colors look especially intriguing on the black canvas.

It does look like a bird of some kind. Love the bold red/yellow colors that invoke a sense of heat/fire. The plumage reminds me of a peacock.

This is really neat! I like how you were able to get his look like a cross between a peacock and a dragon! And the colors are perfect for a dragon. The black canvas was a great idea too.

A beautiful eyecatching image of a mythical bird related to a Peacock with is flamboyant tail fanned out behind with it's fluffy flame red & gold plumage the feathers being tossed about in the breeze. Created by your artist's eye for composition knowledge of colours and paints and lighting fluids and how they react when mixed in the creation of this living imaginary Bird.
