Great shot of this heron. It is never easy to "freeze" the action, nor to do it with perfect light on the subject. Here you did both fantastically well. A great job to say the least.

Well I see b for big and I see b for bird so you qualify for this contest. I also like it because this is one of my favorite subjects. I love to see them in flight and I like to hear them squawk. All looks good to me. Good luck!
