I like how there are several boats in the scene with the main subject standing out so well in color and with the angle you used. The reflections in the water are also attractive.

Oh it's a tourists boat. I'm sure folks do like to pay good money to freeze and watch for whales. To each his own..lol. the clarity is great. The angle of the shot of the boats in the dock is great. The capture of the light is great. The image is balanced and eye interesting to the viewer. Good eye and great job overall
