I don't recall seeing it before, but I know already why the bird/mice team is special. The happy sunrise colors and summer-green of the trees are deceiving, but I have a hunch of how this battle ends. I have my tissues ready. I know at the end I will have tears in my eyes either from laughing or crying. Nevertheless, I am eagerly waiting for the last drawings of the story. One never know. We might be surprised.....

Nice scenic with great perspective.
Rainbow sunrise!? An attack at dawn. Good details, colors and shading.
Very good artwork as usual.
Great imagination and storytelling ability.

I'm worried about a sad ending! I'm thinking the mice and birds defeat the squirrels and get the feeders back.....but that would be my version of a happy ending. Maybe the tissues will be for tears of joy....
This image is another great depiction of the army of birds with nice colors and details as usual.

Fantastic color selection and, though it lacks the closeup of characters, I can still see that a lot of work went into this. I always wondered how you would make clouds with a sharpie - now I know. Seeing the approaching birds I can almost hear Wagner's 'Ride Of The Valkyries' - haha! Good job.

I had someone ask me where can they buy a white sharpie..I told them when you find out tell me..wink..lol.. thanks for the great review

Out of curiosity I Googled "white sharpie". Walmart has a 4-pack for $12. "Sharpie White Paint Marker Oil Based All 4-Sizes Kit Markers Broad Medium Fine". But being oil-based it might not work right with your regular sharpies.

You know I'm excited regardless if it is oil I still can use it. Once it dries I can use my sharpie liquid pencil over it. The only bitch is oil take a long time to dry

Stop chuckling! I love this. The complementary and reoccurring shapes in the trees and sunrise. The way you have made the flying birds the focal point they are so well framed by the trees, clouds and the lines of the sky. Simply perfect.

Oh wow! Here they come! I love the way they are silhouetted against the bright yellow sun! They are flying in over the tree tops ! Nice detail in the sun with the red halo around it, the clouds add even further interest and you show the texture of the trees, also impressive the way you give depth to this scene, ! Very well created, arranged and presented!
