Portrait photography looks interesting that displays the expression, personality, and mood of the subject. You have captured the essence of it in this shot. The sepia finish is perfect.Good luck in the contest!

Willie,
A beautiful sepia portrait of Abraham Lincoln at the historical enactment the actor dressed in the costume of the period. Beautiful composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus. Good luck in the contest.

That's a very nice photo. It's nice and sharp and even has catchlight in his eye. I like your choice of sepia and the fact that you blurred all around the edges of the photo. Nice going.

Outstanding! Sepia, too,is one of my favorite art mediums. However, you captured the pose, the poise, and the contemplative quietude of the actor, who has established his character, quite well. If you have not seen the film,LINCOLN,you must.
Cordially,
Joanna Bachman

Your photograph of the actor shows me that you have seen LINCOLN.Your sympathetic understanding and pensiveness in the pose is excellent.

You did a wonderful job tweaking this photo. I notice that besides the sepia toning that you made vignettes in the corners. For a minute, I wondered why "someone" entered an actual old photo of Lincoln and it was acceptedð???. This is a very good portrait and a great job in post-processing.

I think the sepia was a great idea for this subject. It definitely gives it a vintage appearance that fits the subject nicely.

This is very well photographed, I like this candid capture , as if you are in the crowd and President Lincoln is speaking, this is well focused, the 8mage is clear, exposure is well managed, I like the lighting , the sepia and the slight vignette. Well composed and presented!
