This is really beautiful work Cleo! It looks so realistic and the colors are perfect. You developed nice texture of his feathers. I still feel bad that I mistakenly didn't give you a six for your fabulous mountain bluebird so I am happy to give it to this gorgeous image!

Male Wood Ducks are one of the most beautiful birds to be seen without having to go to the jungles of South America.

This is not a wood decoy, but a living bird. It is a male Wood Duck [Aix sponsa]. :)

I use Art Rage 4.5.2 pro by Ambient Design, but there is a newer version of the program. It is available as download on line.
I used to paint on canvas, but I am now forbidden paint with traditional materials and tools for medical reason.
