This very fine artistic design fits to the title and portrays the the rugged strength of nature. Wild goats are so at home in inhospitable rocky environments. The shading of water and clouds is great. It is all good! Daphne Oberon

You are very welcome -- or is that snow and clouds -- either way this is very wild and magical!

Nice song reference to this image....
Separate Lives.
You & Me Against the World.
We can think of a thousand titles to this fantabulous creation!

Semi surreal compositional rendition.
Flowing strokes.
Exquisite artwork.
Impressive letterbox framing.
Impeccable presentation.

I'll upgrade my rating to a 6* as soon as the bonus stars will be issued at 12 noon (Philippine Time)...

Thanks for sharing...

I love that you used the lyrics to that song (one of my favorites). It really does capture the feel of the painting. Such beautiful colors you used and textures that you created. Just beautiful. Wish I had a 6 for this one. It is worthy of one. :)

Lucas,
A beautiful mountain scene with two mountain goats eyeing each other from mountain ledges on either side in between snow covered & jagged peaks. Created by your artist's eye for composition, very skilful brushwork, beautiful choice, blending & application of your colours in bringing this scene to life.

Is this where the Gypsies were holding you Lucas. Escape must have been a bitch. Great painting as usual. Seriously you've done about all you can in art so isn't it about time for you to run for President ? You need a challenge.

My pleasure Kid. You'd be a lot less dangerous than Hilary Clinton by the way .

This is beautiful and stunning Lucas! The way you blended the colors in the mountains and the sky is remarkable. The color combinations are lovely. I like you mountains and the goats too. You are so talented and very good with rendering the impression of light and using colors in such an attractive way.
