Linda,
A cyber Six for this exquisitely drawn image of Christ with the crown of thorns pushed down onto his head breaking his skin around. Created by your very skilful draftsmanship & shading knowledge of human anatomy and the ability to convey on your canvas what your eyes see.

VIRTUAL 6 star as this is one of your stunning portraits looking like a real B&W photograph - the frame choice is excellent just with the angle of surrender but at the same time reflecting power of life as he did it free will to awaken mankind
your technical skills with pencil always fascinate me and I just can admire the fine detail work, shadow and light application and your taken to transform a pencil into a tool of Excellency, well done , Happy Easter

What a soul touching image Linda. This is what Lent and all that leads to what HE sacrificed for us.

This makes me so sad and unworthy on the one hand and so Grateful on the other. Knowing that HE Already Knew everything about each of us, what we would do, say become, all the things we think we have done right and the things we have done wrong, yet HE did what HE Knew Had to done.

I am so moved by this that I can't say anything else Linda. I KNOW why HE chose You to Touch others. And I am so glad that HE Did choose You ~ Steve

Linda I was hesitant to do this rating now because I don't have another star to give you. This captures the essence of a quiet acceptance of sacrifice. It is beautifully done. The application of light does make it feel spiritual. The detail even in the thorns is amazing. Truly exceptional in every way.

Lovely detail and tonal work here. I am not entitle sure with the blurring effects on either end, in terms of if this is to represent light or not and can be a little confusing. However expression and craftsmenship is strong , well done

Hi Linda ,
Love your picture of Christ! You can see pain and sorrow easily in his face. The massive Crown of Thorns adds to that and intensifies his facial features. A beautiful, emotional rendition od our Savior. Wish I had a six to bless this with! :o) Helvi
