The details you created in the fur of the adult and baby are splendid. I like the soft edges that create a soft roundness to the rump and underbelly. The stripes on the baby remind me of the spot markings that are found on fawns. Congratulations on your well deserved win.

I love learning about animals while looking at great art :D. It's clear that you went over this with many layers and went for the exact color variations on the fur. I feel like I'm looking at real animals

First of all, congrast on the deserved win Cleo! Awesome digital art! In all of your peaces I see a lot of study of the subjects you choose and very informative notes. I learned a lot from your posts. The colors are accurate , the shadows are realistic. The proportions of the Braid's Tapir are realistic. I see a gentle care of the adult one about the baby. I would never guess they are good swimmers. Amazing work again! Bravo, Bravisimo! ! !

I learned a lot from your posts. The colors are accurate , the shadows are realistic. The proportions of the Braid's Tapir are realistic. I see a gentle care of the adult one about the baby.
