Lovely picture with a nice use of the circular crop. The vapor trails add a neat element to this picture. Without them, it would still work, but having them in there adds even more depth to the scene. Nice shot.

Hi Susan, this is such a beautiful sunrise, I love the warm gold tones in the sky with the deeper orange at the horizon, this is well focused, the image is clear, exposure is well managed, colors are beautiful, well composed over the sloping land,I like the way you have framed this in the oval against the gold background! Well presented!

I will try again in about ten days when the sun will come up out of the sea. as it did last year on 28th April weather permitting ... We can't complain we had three Beautiful warm & sunny days over Easter rain & storms forecast for this week.

Ordinarily I try to not include telephone poles and contrails but in this shot they make a fine leading line. The colors are beautiful and the slope of the land is quite attractive.

Thanks a million for your complementary review on this Easter sunrise seen from Killakee View point. there are two times of day when it's near impossible to taken picture looking north over Dublin & get a clear sky without vapour trails of planes returning to or leaving from Dublin Airport...these were the overnight flights from America.
