I don't know what species of parrot this is despite it being shown in very fine detail. A nice perspective and a fine composition with beautiful colors. Best of luck in the contest.

Could be a Double Yellow-headed Amazon parrot. It has a beautiful yellow crown you have captured very well. The position and angle also is unusual and a good shot. There is very fine detail in the feathers. Good focus, exposure and use of light here. An interesting and well done photograph
