and it turned out really, really well. I love the idea of pink elephants anyway. That solitary tree sets the bunched up group of elephants really well, rather than than a forest of trees. Colours are great.

This is very creative and over the rainbow fantasy fun Brenda!
I like how you started this out with color that originally was pink clouds and then you saw elephants. Kind of like our dreams of starting out one way and twist and turn another.
Great details on the herd of pink elephants and I like the lone tree in the distance.

Here in Norway seeing pink elephants means that you have had a drink too many. LOL This is however so creative and well done, that I won't accuse you of that. To be serious, I think your experiment worked out well, and I especially like the color pallet you have used. Your brush work is very good, and each elephant is standing out well.
The background with the tree on the right looks very nice, and all the different shades of pink are blending onto each other in a nice way.
The format and framing works well, and the herd of elephants are well placed off to the left. I think this is a well done fantasy art work, and I wish you luck with the contest Brenda.

Hi Brenda, this is a wonderful fantasy scene! I love elephants and I think they are fabulous in pink! This is very well rendered with nice shape and structure of the elephants , they are well proportioned too! I love the way you are showing them grouped together in this stampede! Love the way you show the dust they are kicking up as they are charging through! It's a beautiful blue sky over them and I like the single tree on the right! This is well arranged and presented!
