These Dogwood flowers are truly beautiful, and you have pictured it so well. I can see your idea about keeping some of the bokeh in the background, but some of the hot spots at the very top can be a bit distracting, and personally I would have removed those touching the frame. The background is however nicely softened for the flowers to stand out in an excellent way.
The focus on the blooms is spot on and sharp and it is indeed clear and well defined details in all of them. I also think the exposure is very good.
The format and framing is very good, and the cluster of Dogwood is so well placed in the picture. I think this is a truly lovely and well taken photo with a very good DOF, and I wish you luck with the contest.
