A great shot. I don't know what it is but it has a rather grim look about it. A well composed shot with immaculate details and great colors.

Hi Mike, I thought this cacti had a grim look to it too. I thought it would be a natural as Audrey in the Little Shop of Horrors movie. It sure looks like this cacti has a gaping mouth and huge red teeth. Glad you enjoyed the image and felt I did a good job taking the shot. Thanks for the Great review My Friend! :o) Nancy

haha! 5.5 stars for the great photo and another half for the perfect title! This does look like a hungry plant, and I love that movie. I used to have 30+ varieties of cacti when I lived in California, but I never had any with little red buds like this. Kind of creepy! Great shot Nancy!

What can I say Dave, the plant spoke to me. LOL This cacti sure looked like it belonged in the "Little Shop of Horrors". I'm surprised that you, once being the owner of 30+ cacti never came across this one. Unfortunately they never label the cactus with a name so I don't know what kind of cactus it is. Creepy is definitely the word for it.
I'm glad you enjoyed the cacti and the title. What else could I name it but...Feed ME! Thank you so much for the super review. I'm thrilled you enjoyed it to the point you gave it a six star review. :o) Nancy

Yes it does look like the plant in Little shop of horror's. You got a focus just right and the color is nicely saturated and natural looking. I like that you did a shallow depth of field so your background is out of focus, that way we are really looking at the plant. I guess I should Say it's big wide open mouth waiting for someone or some thing to have an accident and follow him LOL good job

Oh my......I loved your artists notes and the storytelling with your photography. Very well photographed with good lighting, sharp focus, and wonderful details and clarity. Perfectly cropped and well composed shot. Your diffused background compliments your work nicely. Outstanding work and thanks for sharing.

Oh my goodness! This does make me think of the little shop of horrors ! I love it ! I love the little sharp red teeth and the way it even looks like a mouth!this is so very interesting to view! I want one in my house! This is very well photographed from a nice angle of shot, allowing a good look at this plant, well focused, the image is clear, exposure is well managed, the colors and tones appear natural. Well composed against the soft blurred background, well presented!

Hi Pat, This so reminded me of the plant in The Little shop of Horrors I just had to post it. All I can say is the next time your in the garden shop looking for flowers look in the cacti section and you might come across this. Wish I could give you the name, but for some reason they don't label the cacti. Glad you enjoyed the shot! Thanks for the Great Review. :o) Nancy
