Interesting story and interesting shot! Well, this is typical of all metros in the world. You have given us the feel of the scene. The light and shadows, colours and the composition have worked out well. Good luck!

thank you. I have to admit I never think of any of those things. It is an interesting place I would like to remember and I snap it. No more, no less. I had no idea that one day in the future I would wish to enter competitions, but they too are mainly for interest's sake, though it become a challenge to see if in my 74 years, I have clicked a particular scene! I asked my son how much it would cost to upgrade to a really good camera-mobile phone, but he tells me that would cost hundreds!

A life experiencestory very well written and interesting along with a memory photograph you have captured the essence of this ancient busy city. The mixed tennement type accomodation, the busy road traffic streets. The photograph has a nice focus that takes the view clearly through the thoroughfare.

thank you, I made sure not to present the very worst, which has even more cars than in this medium area. What I did find interesting as a woman was how clean the washing was. My godmother was Italian and also my best friend at Refugee camp and I think that surprising cleanliness in such hard conditions is part of the Italian's necessity to present themselves in the best way possible.

Yes I know what you mean I visited Pompeii and the town's approaching, although not so congested were looking tired and tenement apartments rough and poor but the lines of brilliant whites on wash g lines still remain a pointer in my memory.
