Such an interesting angle for shooting a bird. His bill looks like it's made of paper or clay. Love those blue eyes! The background is a tiny bit distracting to me because of its busyness, but the bird's long neck immediately draws me back to a stunning photo.

The pose of the bird is intriguing. It shows the details of the feathers at its throat and beak nicely. It seems that the Cormorant sees something interesting. The bird is well placed into the frame and stand nicely out from the background. The photo is balanced and the tall framing is adequate.
