WOW you are trying out new techniques, interesting composition, I love your end result as it really looks like heavy rainfall in some corners where the water runs together - fantastic detail work , excellent color combination, the soft tones really represent the flowing water in some streets mixing up with all kind of materials , well done, great idea

Ready? Ok.... Here we go Suzanne! I see a crazy/scary melting like clown face in muted colors! In center left two eyes, the big round nose and the smile and crazy hair swaying in the water. See it?

I like the muted Greys with splash of blue, lilac, sea foam green hint of brown and black.
Love the appearance of movement in the water too.

A beautiful image of flowing water deep in the wild north sea in the centre if I let my imagination loose I can see the smiling face of a creature with fish swimming around him while blowing bubble that make their way to the boiling surface whipped up by winter winds blowing across the sea from the Steeps of Russia. Created by your artist's eye for composition, knowledge of paints, colours & other artist's fluids & how they might react when they come into contact with one another. Good luck in the contest.
