I really like this photo. It reminds me of going to the beach when I was a child and playing with the crabs. I like that you can see the bumps and "hairs" on the crab. It would be nice if there was even sharper focus. I like that the shadow seems even bigger than the crab.

A fun entry for the shadow contest. The crab is placed well in the frame to allow us to see the full shadow. Good focus on his beady little eyes. Best in luck in the contest. Definitely high on the unique scale.

OOOOPS, this looks at first look like a mini machine - excellent capture, great angle having such a huge shadow filling out your negative space , well framed , clear and sharp - genuine color range and exposure , well done

This is an awesome picture.. Not only does this little guy have wonderfully bright color but his shadow says that he is not all alone!! Great shot. Couldn't have asked for a better one! Very foscused and clear. Love it!!

I can't believe how cute I think this guy is - I think I might have said that before, lol! I'm not generally fond of creatures with legs that look like these :) I like how you captured his shadow, so much larger than life. It's very cute, and I like how nicely his colors are accentuated by the lighting.
