This is beautiful Nancy! I love the deep, rich colors of the flowers and how you used the same colors in the background. I used to have clematis in my garden when I lived in California. Very beautiful mixed-media work!

This is a nice composition. I like the swirl. The flowers have sharply refined detail. The colors look good on the dark background. The composition is balanced and framed adequately. This could make a nice greeting card for various occasions.

These are so pretty , I really like the placement of each of the clematis blooms, this allows a good sense of the shape and structure of these flowers, I like their color pattern with the white and deep pink petals , I love the way the petals are outlined in the deep pink tone, this is well focused, the image is clear, exposure is perfect, I see good detail in each of the petals as well as in the center, nice post processing gives the impression of a painting, I love the soft background and the pink ribbon that is encircling the two blooms. This is well composed and presented! Best wishes to you in the contest!

Yes this is very well produced and reading your notes really does make it clear what your process was and I love the results, making a photo look more like a piece of art on canvas, love the colours the detail left in the flower itself is terrific one for the wall I think!
